Avocado oil is derived from the relevant fruit which is referred to as Persea Americana in its scientific, botanical name.
Avocado oil is rich in essential fatty acids, protein, lecithin, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, vitamin A, alpha-tocopherol, potassium and vitamin D.
